Current Radar Added

If you have ever used the cloud forecasting, current cloud coverage and the cloud coverage loop, you will be happy to now see the a current radar loop added to the weather section of the website as well.  You can click the 3 lines in the top left corner and scroll down to Current Radar Loop under Weather to see this new feature.  Or look at the example below.

March Update

The database is now up to 707 waterfalls, with 616 waterfalls on the map.  The database is now over 700 waterfalls!  Amazing!

Thanks to some incredible new submitters.  Ray Owens submitted a slew of waterfalls since the new year and rocketed up the Top 10 submitter list.  Also thanks to Dustin Robinson for submitting a slew of undocumented waterfalls.  Several others submitted as well, some of which were first-timers.  It is amazing to see all the people that are out there exploring the bluegrass state.

I updated the Top 10 Submitter list.  I will work on updating the others (including a new Top 10 tallest waterfall) as well as getting the map updated in the coming weeks.

December Update

The database is now up to 647 waterfalls, with 616 waterfalls on the map.  Thanks to the dedicated submitters and a few new submitters over the past several months.

McCreary County is now ahead of Laurel County for the push to 100 documented waterfalls.

Mike Hoffman is also the first submitter to 50 waterfalls!  That is impressive.

Several videos have been added in the past several months as well since YouTube videos were added.  If you would like to submit a video for a waterfall that does not have one, please reach out.
